Terms for Farmhouse Owners

Listing: By listing your farmhouse, you agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information regarding your property.

Fees: Farmhouses.com.mt collects a booking fee from the booking price, which is deducted from the total price that the customer pays.

Payments: Payments for bookings are carried out directly by the customer to the farmhouse owner.

Terms for Customers

Bookings: A booking request remains pending until a confirmation is received from the farmhouse owner or Farmhouses.com.mt.

Cancellation Policy: Customers must inform the farmhouse owner of cancellations at least 15 days in advance.

Penalties: In case of cancellation, 70% of the booking for the first day will be charged by the farmhouse owner as a penalty.

Disputes

Resolution: Any disputes arising out of the use of Farmhouses.com.mt should be resolved through mutual dialogue. If a resolution is not reached, the matter may be escalated to the appropriate legal channels.

Updates: Farmhouses.com.mt reserves the right to update these Terms of Use at any time without prior notice.
